Prohibited practices include scraping or copying content without written consent, distributing viruses, attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas of the site, click fraud, cookie stuffing, phishing, spam, unauthorized personal data collection, and infringements of third-party rights.
Affiliate & Commission Terms (if applicable)
Commission rates and payment terms are set by written agreement. However, commissions may be reversed for voided conversions, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.
We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. All payments for PPC campaigns are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or performance issues.
Termination
Either party may terminate with immediate effect. Affiliates must cease use of all promotional materials and deactivate links upon termination.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GG Group Media, its employees, directors, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, as well as loss of profits, data, or reputation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GG Group Media against any claims, damages, fines, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your promotional activities.
Privacy & Data Protection
We handle personal and sensitive data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You must follow all relevant privacy laws — especially the EU’s GDPR and any local data protection regulations — and treat personal data responsibly.
